After 10+ years of working at commercial architecture firms and as an interior design professor in the US, I’ve found myself in Japan working on old houses.
There is timeless wisdom held in traditional Japanese design, particularly in connection to nature.
In my design work, I seek to limit waste, honor tradition, and work in harmony with local communities while making happy, healthy spaces full of life.
